Robert Tack created Tack Realty LLC doing business as Capital Retail Group after having been affiliated with Trammell Crow Company, a full service commercial real estate firm. Tack Realty LLC is a registered business in the District of Columbia Small, Local, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program.

Mr. Tack’s experience in bringing a retail corporate perspective to retail lease transactions allows him to assist his clients in structuring transactions that offer flexibility and ensure advantageous economic terms. He is committed to building long-term client relationships in lieu of facilitating a single deal structure.

Robert is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the District of Columbia Chamber of Commerce(DCCC), the District of Columbia Building Industry Association(DCBIA), and the NoMa Business Improvement District. Robert’s formal education includes a BA from Wittenberg University and an MBA from Averett University.

Mona Lorenz specializes in leasing, tenant representation and landlord representation. Prior to joining Capital Retail Group; Mona spent 19+ years with a Fortune 20 company, where she held various Regional Director positions. In her last role, she directed the retail site selection process for over 100 locations in the Maryland, DC and Virginia regions. She has extensive knowledge of both the metro and sub markets in this area. She is an active Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Jeremy specializes in both landlord and tenant representation for Capital Retail Group. Prior to joining the company, he was a commercial real estate market research analyst with CoStar Group and held an internship with Citi SmithBarney. Jeremy graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in economics. He is an active member of the African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Alexandra directs the operations and marketing for Capital Retail Group. Prior to joining the company, Alexandra was a financial analyst and project Deputy Director for the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. She also holds experience as an intelligence analyst for one of the country's foremost intelligence organizations. Alexandra's formal education includes a B.A. from the University of California, Davis, and an M.A. from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
