Business Plan for Entrepreneurs

What every entrepreneur needs to get started.

What goes in a business plan? This is the most important question an entrepreneur needs to ask themselves. A landlord will surely want to see a business plan before deciding on the tenant’s future for their building. The plan should be divided into four distinct sections:

1) The description of the business
2) The marketing plan
3) The financial management plan
4) The management plan

Addendum to the business plan should include the executive summary, supporting documents and financial projections.
