Job Opening - Commercial Real Estate Broker

Leading retail real estate firm requires a commercial leasing broker to work closely with President and Owner of company to effectively market designated properties and clients.

Responsibilities include pursuing new business opportunities, identifying new areas for growth, prospecting, market analysis, site surveys, RFP response, negotiation of letter of intent, lease analysis, financial review of prospective tenants, lease drafting, lease negotiations.

BA/BS in finance, real estate or related field is a must. Qualified candidate will possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Flexibility on assignments and willingness to travel locally are required. High energy, team player and proven sales ability a must.
