What can we do for you?
- First and foremost, we represent your company professionally. We look out for your best interest. We want to build long term relationships and assist in your company's overall growth strategy in the Maryland, D.C., and Northern Virginia area.
- Search your target areas so you don't have to. We have the tools, we can search by city, co-tenants, demographics, etc. - whatever is most important to you.
- Prepare/send out site search flyer. Email blasts are sent out to the landlord/broker community so that they are aware of your search efforts. This provides incoming leads for potential sites.
- Site Evaluation. We know the market. We can streamline your search and weed out sites that don't meet your criteria.
- Save you time. There is no need for you to drive around town looking for "For Lease" signs. We will present the sites to you and set up a tour for you to see the sites live.
- Negotiate the terms. Once you have selected your site, we work with the Landlord broker to negotiate your lease terms. Remember, we represent you. Our goal is to get the terms that you need.

No Charge to You. The landlord needs to match a proper tenant to their site. Therefore, our fees are paid by the landlord.
